Jeff Welsh is the President and owner of JRW Services, Inc., dba Right at Home Tri-County Metro. The office has served Michigan seniors in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne Counties since 2003. He has represented the interests of all Michigan home care companies since 2009 through his state chapter board involvement.

Raised in the Detroit area, Jeff attended Michigan State University and in 1979 earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel Administration. He completed his MBA studies in 1992 at Southern Methodist University.  He has been a business owner for most of his professional career, with endeavors in Restaurants, Tutoring, Consulting and currently Right at Home Senior Care. Among his specialties is a broad understanding of franchise organizations. He has also served on advisory boards for Boys and Girls Clubs and Goodwill Industries.

Jeff credits his inspiration for entering the senior care business to his father’s battle with Leukemia and ultimate passing in 2004. Today Jeff lives in Clarkston, Michigan where he enjoys wine and golf.
